About Us

The Wyoming Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) is the governing body for the sport of hockey in the State of Wyoming. As a sanctioned member of USA Hockey, WAHA subscribes to the rules, regulations and philosophy of USA Hockey. As such, its mission is to promote the growth of hockey in Wyoming and provide the best possible experience for all participants by encouraging, developing, advancing and administering the sport. With a membership of more than 3000 ice hockey players, coaches, and volunteers, the Wyoming Amateur Hockey Association’s primary emphasis is on the support and development of grassroots hockey programs, and is comprised of multiple youth and adult hockey programs throughout the state of Wyoming.
